With their compact writing surface, A Series markers are perfect for labeling herbs, vegetables, seedlings, and flowers in raised beds, containers, or tight garden rows. Zinc provides a soft, matte finish that’s easy to write on and naturally weather-resistant, maintaining legibility even through harsh conditions.

Features:

  • Solid zinc writing surface with a clean, classic look

  • Smaller profile – ideal for herbs, seed trays, and compact garden spaces

  • Galvanized steel stake for rust-resistant durability

  • Writing surface size: 3 1/4" x 7/8"

  • Available in three heights: 10", 15", and 20"

  • Made in the USA

  • Packs of 25

Recommended Writing Tools:
Use a soft graphite pencil for easy, erasable labeling or a stylus/etching tool for permanent names. An oil-based paint pen also works well for long-lasting, visible writing.

Whether you're labeling heirlooms, organizing rows in your greenhouse, or simply adding function to your flower beds, our A Series Zinc Markers provide a practical, durable, and attractive solution for plant identification.

  • Tall zinc markers

My garden is labeled with the rectangular Zinc markers and dymo tape labels that look great after several MN winters. I use this size all labeled “to plant” to mark in the spring where I exactly need to add bulbs in the fall. After trying wooden popsicle type sticks that Disintegrated and were kicked around, I found these tall markers were perfect. I simply reuse year after year.

Great! These will look handsome as nameplates for all our hostas. And they are sturdy enough to stay out all winter, so we won't have to worry where we planted Chief Sitting Bull, or Heart's Content next spring.
However, you might consider mailing the 100-piece order in a box. The bag was ripped to pieces by postal machines. Just a few nicks dents in a couple of markers, but since they are for outdoor use, no problem.

Strong, high quality. Got these because i raked out my other small markers accidentally. These will be visible and i can put them deep in the ground.
