SUGGESTIONS:

The label on the C-Series marker is crimped onto the wire when it’s made. Since many gardeners like to swap labels instead of cleaning old ones, the label is not permanently attached. With normal temperature swings, metal can expand and contract and the label may loosen over time. If you notice a loose label, you can quickly re-crimp the sides with your thumbs or a pair of pliers.


Q How should I mark the labels?

A You have a few great options, depending on what you like:
  • Permanent nursery marker
  • Large #2 pencil
  • China (grease) pencil
  • Uni-Paint marker
  • Dymo adhesive plastic tape

Q Can I use any marker style for any plant?

A Yes! Any of our marker styles and sizes can be used for any type of plant—vegetables, herbs, flowers, bulbs, shrubs, and more.

Q Which marker should I choose?

A It mostly comes down to your garden style and what you like to see out there. Some gardeners prefer a smaller, less noticeable marker, while others want a larger writing area. Many people use different styles for different areas (perennials vs. herbs vs. bulbs).

Q What is “normal garden use”?

A Our markers are designed for home and standard garden use—vegetables, herbs, flowers, perennials, landscaping beds, and similar plant labeling. Use outside typical gardening applications may cause wear or damage that isn’t covered by our warranty.

Q Will weather, soil, or fertilizers affect the markers?

A Yes—every garden is different. Soil chemistry, moisture, fertilizers, and freeze/thaw cycles can change how metal looks over time. This natural aging (including patina on copper and zinc) is expected and does not affect how the marker works.

Q Are your Metal Garden Markers made in America?

A Yes. Our Metal Garden Markers are made in the USA using U.S.-made plates, wire, and stakes, and they are manufactured and assembled in America.

Some accessories sold on our website may be sourced domestically or internationally. Country-of-origin details apply to individual products as described.

Q How pure is your copper?

A Our copper garden markers are made from 99.99% pure copper. Copper will naturally develop a patina outdoors—this is normal and does not affect performance.

Q Do your Metal Garden Markers come with a warranty?

A Yes. Our Metal Garden Markers are backed by a FREE 1-Year Replacement Guarantee against manufacturing defects.

If a marker fails due to a manufacturing defect within one (1) year of purchase, we will replace the affected item.

Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims, including shipment of replacement items. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Not covered: normal weathering or patina, cosmetic changes that don’t affect function, damage from misuse/abuse/modification, improper installation, environmental or commercial wear, loss, theft, or accidental damage.

Replacements do not reset or extend the original warranty period. This guarantee is limited to replacement only and is subject to our Terms of Use.

How to file a claim: Contact us with your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos of the affected item (required).

Q What’s the difference between a return and a warranty claim?

A A warranty claim is for manufacturing defects and is limited to replacement under our 1-Year Replacement Guarantee. Returns, refunds, or exchanges (if applicable) are handled separately and are subject to our Terms of Use.

Q Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?

A We start processing orders quickly. If you need a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or shipping, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Q Does the warranty apply to bulk or wholesale orders?

A Yes—bulk and wholesale orders are covered for manufacturing defects only. Because these orders are often used in higher-volume environments, claims are reviewed individually and may be resolved by replacement of affected units or store credit. Normal wear from intensive use is not considered a defect.

Q Do you offer wholesale pricing?

A Yes. Wholesale pricing is available right on our website in the Wholesale category. Wholesale pricing is built in and includes free shipping. Please note: wholesale orders may take longer to ship due to order size and processing time.

Q How are orders shipped?

A Orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS unless otherwise requested. Please provide a complete street or road address for delivery.

Q How quickly do orders ship?

A Most retail orders ship within 24 business hours. Wholesale orders may take longer depending on quantity and processing time.

Q Do you sell or share customer information?
