30-Day Returns (Retail Orders)
We want you to be confident in your purchase. Retail customers may return eligible items for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
For customers located in the continental United States, a prepaid standard ground return label will be provided at no charge for approved returns within the 30-day return window.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To request an RMA, log into your account and select Return Items next to your order, or contact us at support@metalgardenmarkers.com.
Items must be returned complete, unused, in like-new condition, and in their original packaging. RMAs must be requested within 30 days of delivery and returns must be shipped within the authorized timeframe. Returns received outside this window may be refused.
Refunds & Restocking Fees
Approved returns that are not defective may be eligible for a refund of the product purchase price less a 20% restocking fee.
The 20% restocking fee is waived for:
- Exchanges of equal or greater value
- Returns for store credit
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items (First 30 Days)
If an item arrives damaged or is found to be defective within the first 30 days of normal use, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If damage is visible, note it with the carrier at delivery when possible and contact us promptly with photos of the damage.
1-Year Replacement Guarantee (Manufacturing Defects)
Metal garden markers are backed by our FREE 1-Year Replacement Guarantee against manufacturing defects, beginning on the date of delivery.
If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect within one (1) year, we will replace the affected item.
Customer responsibility: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs associated with warranty claims. Replacement items will be shipped at no charge.
Not covered: normal weathering or patina, cosmetic changes, damage caused by misuse, modification, improper installation, extreme environmental conditions, loss, or theft. Metal products naturally age outdoors and surface changes are expected.
Items Not Eligible for Return
1. Special Orders
Special orders—defined as non-inventory or custom items ordered specifically for a customer—are not eligible for return.
2. Clearance, Closeout, or Overstock Items
Clearance, closeout, open-box, used, or otherwise discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective upon arrival.
Exchanges & Store Credit
Items returned for exchange or store credit are not subject to a restocking fee, provided they are returned in like-new condition, complete, and in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
An RMA is required for all exchanges and store credit returns.
Additional Conditions
Missing accessories, components, or packaging may result in a reduced refund or credit equal to the replacement cost of the missing items.
The RMA number must be clearly visible on the outer shipping box only. Packages received without an RMA or adequate documentation may be delayed or refused.
