Due to COVID 19 and other circumstances out of our control, packages shipped via UPS and USPS may experience longer than normal delivery times. Your patience and understanding are appreciated while we wait for carrier related delays to stabilize.
We offer both UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service) ground and express shipping. Rates are based on the weight and size of the item or items and your location and are shipped with mandatory insurance included in the shipping price.
APO's / FPO's ship via USPS prioity mail only. Customs forms are required for all APO's / FPO's greater than 16 ounces. The customer will be responsible for any duties and fees due for their purchase.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping to US customers in the lower 48 states.
Charges
All Shipping charges are calculated during the first step of checkout before your transaction is processed. This will allow you to view the different shipping options and costs to your location before completing your transaction. Please note that some services are not available for Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii.

International Orders
International orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS. If you would like to arrange alternate shipping please contact us at support@metalgardenmarkers.com. Orders will be subject to customs forms, and any duties and fees will be paid by the customer.
Assembly
Some products may require some minimal assembly by the customer. In order to prevent damage during shipping and to simplify the marking process, some of our garden markers are shipped with the plates (the writing surface) separate from the wire stake. In most cases these can be easily assembled by the customer or end user.
